She uses a variety of intensities, so people on any fitness level can do her workouts. (I must have scratched it or something.) Her movements are not extremely difficult to do I am pretty uncoordinated when it comes to "choreography" but unlike some dancing workouts I've tried and failed to grasp, even I can do all of Leslie's movements. I like this DVD so well that I bought it for my sister in law and I bought another for myself when my first one started messing up. It has 5 different workouts on it, most around 30 minutes but the 1 mile ones are a little shorter for if you want to do a quick workout before work or something. I love Leslie Sansone and this is my favorite DVD of hers.
